RDS printing - HP 2055dn

Hi,

I am having difficulties with printing via Remote Desktop Services. Users are not able to (automatically) duplex print via the Hewlett Packard Universal Print Driver 5.3, although this is the only issues.

Alternatively, when using a PCL 6 driver users can automatically duplex print, but can only ever print a single copy of a document at a time (simplex or duplex).

Other HP printers are working fine with RDS, it is just this particualr model. Has anybody got any helpful suggestions?

When using PCL6, do multiple copies print if you turn off the collate job option?

No.

When viewing the printer preferences in the RDP session, the duplexor installed option is set to no and is disabled.

Do I need to connect the printer to the server directly so the server can learn the printers configuration?

I presume the correct printer config' options have been set on the printer on the server?
