Re-case an old system?

Would this case:

be suitable for rehousing a 2 year old Compaq Presario system in?
it is a P4 2.8Ghz processor and mini(?) atx board.
Thinking the power supply would also go in - hopefully?
Seems to be a standard atx supply for what I know about PSUs!
