Re-casing PC

Am thinking of replacing the case and PSU for my PC. The current case is an Arctic Cooling Silentium which isn't as quiet as it used to be despite a good clean, and it's also a bit too small.

The requirements are that the case & PSU be quiet, and the PSU be efficient, and the case is a bit bigger than the Silentium - the motherboard is an ATX.

I don't do gaming - am quite happily using the on-board graphics - so don't need major cooling. The most CPU-intensive thing I do is Photoshop - I have been known to use it to turn several RAW images from the camera (Pentax K7, 15MPx) into a single panorama.

A tool-less design is highly preferred.

Budget is up to £120. My current case is about 8 years old and has had a couple of motherboard / CPU transplants, I expect to use the new one for a similar amount of time and that it will get similar transplants, maybe the first one when Bulldozer prices start dropping.

Suggestions, please?

PSU wise I'd recommend this BeQuiet, its nice and efficient, quiet as the name implies, modular, will be more than enough power for a non gaming machine, and should be arriving in stock imminently

As for case, it is very much personal choice, but looking at something like a Fractal Design would give you good cooling and quiet operation, but will bring you in around top end of your budget with the PSU included, if you wanted to spend a bit less then something like the Antec 100 would be good (ignore the fact it has gaming in its name)
