Ok, posted a few days ago, with very little idea what i wanted. I now have a much better idea, since I've refreshed the knowledge a bit and have a some more cash to play with now i have a buyer for my old box....

I'm look to overclock as much as possible (~4.5-4.8GHz), so if you can recommend great cooling options, whilst keeping it quiet then please advise:

Gainward GeForce GTX 560Ti "Phantom" 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
£199.99

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor £161.99

OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive (AGT3-25SAT3-60G)
£99.98

Fractal Design Define XL Full Tower Case - Black Pearl
£84.98

G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM)
£79.19

Samsung SpinPoint F4 EcoGreen 2TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD204UI)
£119.98

I already have a 620w Corsair HX that I won't be replacing, but I need advice on the following:

Motherboard - I won't be using a cached SSD, as it will be my OS drive. I do, however, want the following features if possible: poweroff-USB Charging, bluetooth built in, play aux-in through speakers whilst switched off.

CPU cooler - As quiet, but also as efficient as possible.

Budget is around £250 for both.

I'd also consider another case, if anyone knows of any that are equally (or more) quiet, but that already have USB3.0 ports built into the front/top.

Please offer opinions, all greatly received!

The RAM you have picked out is quite tall and with you wanting to over clock you are going to need either a big/decent air cooler or go water cooled. If you are going with an air cooler then I would suggest switching to this RAM since it is not as tall. If you go water cooled then this isn't an issue.

Here is a motherboard though no bluetooth (can't find one to be honest at this time of night) and not sure about the other features you want; http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-165-MS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1906

This for your cooler (I have this and highly recommend it); http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-006-AN

The Fractal XL is fantastic mate, the cable management is wonderful. I would recommend that you go for the kuhler though as you'd need good airflow if you're going with the air cooler.

Ok, thanks for suggestions so far.. Should have specified, I'm against using MSI having seen a significantly higher-proportion of their motherboards failing than most. I was thnking the below as potentials:

Asus P67 Deluxe/Pro, or Asus Z68 Deluxe/Pro
ASRock Extreme 4
Gigabyte something else?

I'll look into Kuhler wrt the cooler.

Stoner, is the water cooler you mention more efficient than any air-based CPU cooler? I've never used water cooling, so I'm very not-in-the-know on this front. Again, thinking about RAM, I've also seen more reported problems with CMZ RAM than most, so is there another alternative that would not be as high as the G-Skill? Obviously If I went water cooled this is a non-issue :).

Thanks again people

Not 'any' air cooler. Water cooling kits perform well. Not as well as TOTPS like the NH-D14, but the kuhler performs very well for the money.

My personnal fave mobos in this lot are the Asrock. Z68 Extreme 4 / P67 Extreme 6.

As for cooler interfering with rams, often moving the ram stick to the other channel moves them far enough away from cooler fan. Big air coolers like the NH-D14 clear the ram slots. RipjawsX are 41mm in total height iirc.

Would moving the G.Skill to the further ports affect performance in any way shape or form?

If I went with the Nh-D14 or the silver arrow, would they be ok with the G.Skill in the further away RAM slots?
