Re-installing win 7 on msi gx660r

I,ve just treated myself to Overclockers This weeks special deal on the Clevo P17oem.
So I 've sold my old msi but would like to do A clean re-install of win 7 on it before moving it on. I've never re-installed A computer with A raid 0 set up will this cause me any trouble or can i just place the windows disk in & reformat the partition

Can I be rude and ask where you sold it and how much you got for it? Will be selling my GX660R in the next 2 weeks.
