re-installing windows tonight, SP1 question

is there anyway to get this on with the fresh install tonight or will i have to install win 7 then update from the OS when it's done

You can get the SP1 from the link below, and burn it to disc, then apply after you have installed Win 7.

which one out of the 7 files do i need?
