Hi all,

I recently got some more ram and thought what better time then to have a tune up again make sure its running sweet, included in this was a new BIOS. With the old BIOS there was a bug with the multi and I couldn't set it to above 390 odd Mhz the settings just didn't hold. Well thats rectified now and I can finaly get the bus to 400Mhz so I'm running my RAM full speed with 1:1.
However I have a bit of a problem, at 400Mhz FSB and a 6 multi it boots fine and is stable now when I put it to 7 multi to get 2.8Ghz it wont POST anymore. But the really odd thing is I runs totaly stably at 380 Mhz FSB time 9 so at 3.4Ghz with the same cpu voltage.
I have tried adding two notches to the FSB and MCH lines but still no post at 400 with 7, any ideas?

Found it, the multiplier scaling needed to be turned off now I have it running stabilty at 400, it was going well at 440 at lower core freqs but not at heigher, I think I might be bumping into my CPU limit, ohwell.
