Hello all, I have the Samsung s25 Ultra and I have the Two Sim Slots. I placed my Talkmobile sim in slot 1 and it shows as Slot 2. Called Talkmobile, no ideas and Called Samsung 3 times, advised me to do a Soft Reset with Sim in Slot 1, then Leave both empty, soft Reset, then put Sim back in and Saying Slot 2 still. So Samsung (never heard of this before) advised me to do a Hard Reset, I said I wasn't going to do that seeing that my old mobile has gone and I can't do a Smart Switch. Also, they advised me to buy a second £1 sim but doing that will cost me £'s as they have to be purchased with a plan don't they?? Have you any ideas please, thanks Gepuk2001

Have you tried placing the SIM in slot 2 to see what happens? Honestly I wouldn't worry too much about it, it won't affect the phone or the SIM if it's in slot 1 or 2.

Hello Orcvader, yes thanks. Not too worried, if my Wife agrees I might put her sim in sim 2 and see what happens, what do you think?? Gepuk2001

You can just move your SIM into slot 2, the phone doesn't care what order you put the SIMs in, it's just to see if the physical slot 2 appears as slot 1 in the phone.

Hello all, put two sims in sim 1 and sim 2 places turned mobile on, now says sim 2 and sim 3, crazy or what. So I chose Edit in Sim Manager changed to Sim 1, hey presto Sim 1's in in sim 1. Doesn't say Sim 2, now says no Sim. Thanks all. Hope this helps someone in the future, Gepuk2001
