Re-Starting Superfecth as "new" ?

Not sure if there is a way but, I've been done a huge amount of changes to my computer e.g removing programs, deleting startup processes & disabling unneeded services etc.. so i was wondering if there is a way to restart superfetch to load my new startup programs and services ? Or will vista just adapt when it realizes the old programs are no longer there so start to load my new one's ?

It's adapting all of the time without you doing anything, if you start using a program a lot that you haven't used much before then it will more than likely keep it in it's cache.
