Reaching these guys on a weekend?

Hi, I ordered a Hero Tx yesterday, its arrived today damaged, looking second hand almost. How do I get hold of these guys today? Opened a Web ticket, messaged Instagram and it says they're open for click and collect but does anyone know if the actual shop is open?

What do you expect to be done about it today? Just have a little patience and wait for them to reply. They will sort it.

I can head down there and they can replace the parts or exchange the whole unit. That is what I expect when I pay for a brand new product and Saturday delivery my friend.

well they are closed weekends so either go there and knock on the door, get lucky. You got till 4pm or wait till Monday?
