Right, I know I should know one myself but I cant think off the top of my head, the motherboard I'm using only gives me +0.1, +0.2 etc for upping my RAM voltage without telling me what the voltage it at.

Now That wouldn't be a issue but I'm using RAM that is 1066 @ 2.1-2.3v (OCZ SLI edition) and the manufacturer of this board says :

2 x 1.8V DDR2 DIMM sockets supporting up to 4 GB of system memory
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR2 1066(O.C.)/800/667 MHz memory modules

its a GA-G31M-ES2L its booting with 1 stick of this RAM but I have 4 sticks all proven to be working on other motherboards but this GA-G31M-ES2L wont boot with 2.

its a new motherboard and If i can find my voltage reading by software I can overclock accordingly and see if the motherboard is needing returned

Could be a compatibility issue as well but then why boot with 1 stick.

Any ideas?

I can no other answer make, but, thanks, and thanks.

Edit: it was the voltage, it was running 1.8v bumped it up to 2.1v and it works great.
