ready for an upgrade

hi all,
I bought the below spec desktop from overclockers in dec 2018. my wife says its now slow so am likely ready an upgrade. given the time I am presuming I am just better buying another ready made one, don't know if my existing is worth selling?

she uses it for second life and luminar/flikr stuff, so if anyone could recommend a set up that would be great.

One of the worst times ever to be wanting an upgrade.

Does it have to be new parts or would you be happy upgrading the current rig with decent second hand components?

Honestly this doesn't sound too taxing. It may well be all that is required is a windows reinstall to clear out all the deadwood.

How much free space is left on the SSD? SSDs need to have 30-40gb free space to run optimally.

Exactly. But as Tamzzy says, that use case isn't such a demanding one so a Windows reinstall makes sense as a first thing to try.

The current fad for AI has caused high demand for RAM so prices of DDR5 memory, GPUs and SSDs have skyrocketed.

Can she define "slow"? Slow in what exactly? It might be an easy fix.
