Hey everyone, thanks all on the boards who helped here and there with certian parts, anyway i think i'm sticking with this build for now...

Chose that mobo because i couldn't find a better alternative for when i want to try out Sli in the future, so sticking with that. Sticking with 32 bit edition OS for now..will most likely upgrade in time..

Think its all okay? Would i need any extra cables??

Thanks a lot.

Looks ok, would swap the 8800gtx for a new 8800gts thought just as fast and cheaper. Swap the zalman for a noctua. You shouldnt need any extra cables. Wouldnt be my choice of case, lian li all the way;)

WEll in my opinion, I would go with one of the new GTS (or GT) 8800 models, especially if you are thinking about going Sli in the future and also I would think about changing the Raptor for a bigger HDD I really dont think that you would notice the difference in performance, maybe for a Seagate 7200.10... one of the biggest mistakes I made was going for a Raptor....

I would also think about going with either a Tuniq Tower, or Thermalright Ultra-120A Cpu cooler...

You will not need any extra cables mate... dont really like the case, but thats personal preference

Cheers for the replies, hmm a few people have said about the GTS, dosent that GTX model i have picked perform better though and being a 768MB card and stuff? and in time it will become cheaper so can get another for Sli at a good price don't you think?

The 780i boards, hmm, they will be brand new when they are out, not tried and tested, so wasn't sure whether to go for them or not :S but they wont be out for a few weeks though too.. ?

The raptor drive i was going to have just for OS side of things, the rest on my other 500GB HDD.

The case was personal preferance yea :) and i've had 2 previous Zalman coolers and i did quite like them, i'm sure it will cool okay though, im not planning on overclocking...

I would rather shell out on a 780 over a 680 any day, especially buying new... if you go for the EVGA 780 you will get their step up program as well...

The new GTS card perform jsut as well as the GTX, and no I dont think that it will perform better... overclock the GTS, it will be cheaper to buy a 2 GTS cards believe me... (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-146-AS&tool=3) they will fly, look around the graphics card sub forum.
