Just buy some ram is the bottom line. RAM costs nothing either really, sabe the £20 on a drive and put it towards real RAM in a few months... Readyboost isn't worth the time
That's a good answer, if you have spare slots. If you have a gig in each slot, and slow non SATA hard drives, it does appear to improve the overall speed of my system, with minimal outlay.
