Real Player on N73

I have Real Player (as bundled) on my O2 Nokia N73. What media files can I expect to play on it? I tried an avi which is didn't seem to like, which leaves me assuming it's MP4 only?

if you go and download a prog called 'Super' it will convert most video files to play full screen at quite a good quality on N73's real player.
