Real World Cpu Cooling

Just putting together some data from a thread I posted a while back makes interesting reading as most of these systems are overclocked. Use the headings below to do a manual search, I had these links already created but Jokester informed me that the site deletes search links after a period of time so manual it has to be

The problem with "real world cpu cooling" is that the variables are not controlled. The best way to compare cooling is with C/W ratings of the block/HS, heat load, ambient temps....etc. You see where I am going with this?

Peope have tried to compile charts showing "real world cooling results" but they are only a guide at best and become out of date very quickly.

and like you say it is only quick guide based on results form threads compiled back in the heatwave. No lab rats here

He isn't trying to pull anything, well maybe he is but that isn't the question.

I will veryify Jleo that the links did work for a period of time.
