Realbench won't launch

I've downloaded Realbench 2.4 to test out my overclock, but when I try to run realbench.exe, I get an immediate Realbench.exe stopped working windows error. I think I've probably missed something simple but a quick google hasn't thrown up anything obvious that I need to do. Any ideas?

It's a 4770k on a Sabretooth z87 system.

I had this when my anti-virus didn't like realbench, disabled and it worked. But you've done a Google so this has probably popped up
