Ordered my stuff from ocuk this morning and paid for saturday delivery. I rang this afternoon to ask if everything was ok for delivery tomorrow and the girl on the phone said no it would not be ready so will go out on monday. She then said i will downgrade your delivery and part refund because you wont be needing saturday delivery. lo and behold i get a despatch email saying my goods are on the way but with my delivery downgraded.
