Really annoying start menu problem in XP.

Evening all,

Im running Windows XP Pro with SP2 and everything is fine apart from a really annoying start menu problem. I cant seem to access all of the menu to move icons / folders etc within the start menu itself or right clicking the start menu. Hopefully these pictures show what im talking about:

Now when I right click on my start menu to access (cant drag and drop within the start menu itself):

Thats all it shows for some reason. Is there a solution to this? I want to move a program into my startup folder but cant do it!

right click the start button and select "open all users"

I found that out as soon as I hit submit thread button believe it or not.

Im the only user (and admin account) of this PC though, why is it hiding things from me?

So thats ok, I can move things and delete them now, but I still cant drag and drop folders and icons to where I want them to be within the start menu like I could do before. Any idea how?
