Board in the sig, M4A79XTD-EVO - I know it has some Vdrop/Vdroop issues but jesus, I've set the volts to 1.475v and it's dropped to 1.375v in CPU-Z. At 1.45v it shows 1.4v 
Are these bad readings or something? I can't help but wonder if they're actually that bad, in my old board it could start up and be mostly stable at 3.8GHz/1.55v. In this one it won't even POST.
