Yea. The best thing to use is Stellarium, the software Fishman linked to. It is free and will let you put your exact coordinates in to show you what you can see at pretty much any point in time between the past and the foreseeable future.

I just looked through some binoculars and I'm pretty sure I could see a moon. I think my granddad has a big telescope, I might ask if I can borrow it tomorrow
