really dont know what psu i should get

hey guys,

im going to be building my first gaming rig and im abit confused on which psu to get

well firsty i will have to power a full tower with 9 fans / h50 / 2x xfx 6870's/ 1 samsung f3 1TB HDD / SSD / gigabyte p55 ud3 or msi p55 gd65 / 2x2gb corsair dominator or 2x2gb g.skill / CD/DVD drive / some blue LED lights to tart the case up with :D

i will be heavley overclocking as well such as a i5 760 to 4ghz and oc both gpu's :D

I would go for this psu as it is nice quality, a good price and provides more than enough power (the third graph down in this article shows total system load power usage when running an overclocked i7 920).

as for motherboard choice, the msi gd 65 should be good, but i wouldn't go for the gigabyte ud3, its only runs the second x16 pcie slot at x4 speed - so your crossfire setup will be slowed down considerably by this board.

also, please bear in mind that the next-generation intel "sandy bridge" cpus and motherboards are expected a month from today.
 
ok guys cheres for the help antec true power it is then :)

also will ocuk be stocking any more p55 mobos ???

as the msi GD series has gone :(
 
I would send them a webnote and see if they are expecting more to come in.

However, these boards and CPUs are about to be replaced (by Sandy Bridge) so they may be holding off buying loads of P55 stock, as it will soon be superseded.
