Really gonna do it this time! Spec up CPU loop!

Yes! You heard me, I am really going to do it this time. Would someone with more experience spec me up a red themed Water Loop that needs to initially be for my CPU only, but need it to be able to add in for say 2 GPUs later down the line (plan to get the AMD 3XX's depending on what they are like much later down the line).

I am not made of money, so done reasonably priced! I've tried to do it myself, but I am pretty unsure as to whats needed. Again, just my CPU for now, case is a H440, ideally... £220. Might get a lot of nay sayers giving it the old "Go big or go home".

EDIT: Case can fit a 360 rad at the top and another 360 at the front. Also CPU will be i7 4790K.
