Really low CPU fan speeds, any ideas?

I'm getting CPU fan errors on boot with the following:

Asus Sabertooth Z77 Intel (updated to BIOS 1015)
K2 Mount Doom heatsink / fan

Running a Corsair HX620W PSU, 2 SSDs, 2 HDD, 2 sticks of DDR3 1600 RAM and an Nvidia 670GTX.

According to Asus Thermal Radar the fans for CPU Fan + CPU Opt Fan which I've connected to the K2 are running at ~600rpm and ~470 RPM.
CPU Temperature is relatively stable but I haven't pushed it.

I'm not sure where to look to solve it, I can disable the warning in the BIOS but I'd rather solve the problem if I can.

Any ideas?
The only ones I've had have been about lack of power but connecting the fans directly to the PSU seems to work fine (but I lose fan speed info to know for sure).

This used to happen to me too, you just need to adjust the low speed warning setting in the BIOS so that it is under the speed of the fan. I think the lowest is 200 rpm.

Thanks to you both, I'd already done that to bypass the problem, I was more concerned that it was a symptom of something else that I don't understand and didn't want to mask a problem.

Glad to hear it's normal.
