REALLY NEED HELP ASAP

Okay today i got my new computer here is all the parts

TP LINK TL WDN4800
ARCTIC FREEZER I30
G.SKILL RIPJAWSX 16GB RAM
SEAGATE 7200 12 1TB HARDDRIVE
INTEL I5 3570K
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H MOBO
AMD RADEON HD 7970 OC
ZALMAN Z11P CASE
XFX CORE SERIES 650 WATT PSU

WE HAVE PLUGGED IT ALL IN AND WHEN WE PUT POWER ON WE GET A YELLOW LIGHT WHEN WE PRESS THE MOTHER BOARD POWER BUTTON ALL THE FANS SPIN THEN GO OF STRAIGHT AWAY BUT THE ONLY FANS THAT DONT SPIN IS THE GRAPHICS CARD
WE ARE REALLY STUCK AND NEED AS MUCH HELP

Take it all apart. Start again.

Stick to basic components and change them around to try and find the culprit. For instance boot with no RAM or GFX plugged in. Is the outcome the same as before etc etc.

Process of elimination.

Check, Check and Check again.

Then, and most importantly, Turn your Caps Lock off!

Check your manual and make sure all the connectors are in properly. Mobo 24 pin power, 6pin cpu power, etc.

I always test outside of the case first.
Could be shorting out.

Unplug everything and try again.
Making sure all connectors are connected including the 12v 8pin to the motherboard.
Have you fitted the standoffs in the case.

try taking it out of the case, put it on some card or something that it cant short on then use minimal hardware!
