Really need some help

Hi guys.

So for an upgrade I bought 2 second hand pre-watercooled 7970's and the rest of a loop.

I installed it all last week and since then have been struggling with ALL sorts of issues.

Right now my PC will not boot with either card and I get the debug code b2 (or 62) from my Gigabyte motherboard.

I'm 95% sure this is a gpu error, however now I cannot even get my Pc to boot with integrated graphics.


I'm really stuck what to do as I don't want to rip my wc apart and go through the hassle of returns and I'd rather fix the problem and just have my rig working again.


Any help would be appreciated and I can provide more info if needed
 
Pretty sure my 750W isn't the issue.

And I removed power cables for both gpus and tried to boot on iGPU and then that started having issues.


FYI: I flashed both GPU bios with (what I think) are the correct ones and no avail
 
What I assume is that I have flashed incorrect BIOS's to the GPU's.

I can try other BIOS's but I'm 95% sure they are correct.

Maybe I'm flashing them wrong??
 
Had the iGPU working long enough to flash both 7970's but I fear I may be using the wrong BIOS's.

They're not matched cards but I've used the clock speeds, a box and all the info I can find from the original listing (when I bought them) to narrow it down
 
iGPU works fine in safe mode but not normal boot which makes me think the ati drivers are trying to take over?

Gonna try with both cards fully removed
