dont flame me pls if i ask really stupid questions,

why go water cooling if you need to strap 2 decent fans on the back of your case? i know that the heat dissepated by the fans over the grills makes it possible for a very good over clock. but isnt it a noisy as normal rigs?

i have no idea re vault mods are they easy or would i need my brother inlaw electrician to get involved ;) . please make me feel confident that watercooling is the way to go pls.

Compare the radiator the your cooler. Which one is the biggest? :D

With a dual/triple you can normally decrease the fan speed so low that you can't hear the fans spinning... Even on full load and overclock!(at least I can)

yep, water is hard to warm up when theres a lot of it together, but once its split (into very small ammounts of water having to flow though thin spaces, like in a radiator) ist easy to cool down, add up 2 or 3 radiators lower the rpm and have great performance at very low noise levels.
Why do you think they've switched from air to watercooling in cars :p

Speed regulator? You mean like a fan controller? To me it's a must, but you can really just mod a fan to run at 5V, should make it pretty quiet :)
