Really Quick Question

Okay so I'm interested in getting the Akasa Venom cooler, BUT, there's a slight thing that's bothering me;

Basically, the motherboard has a metal bracket thing on the back the same as this: http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/5518/img0967b.jpg (Not my photo, got it off Google, but same thing).

Does this need to be removed or does the bracket which comes with the Venom just fit right over? And as a thing on the side, how easy is the Venom to install on a 1156 board?

thats the back of the cpu retention bracket. you can remove it, but if you do nothing will stop the cpu from sliding around.

as for if the venoms bracket fits, can't tell you i'm afraid

If that's the case, it's safe to assume that the bracket that comes with the Venom slips over or around (as shown in the pic)?

Can anyone confirm/deny?
