ive just rebuilt my pc in a new case minus 1 dvdrw drive, watercooling and thats about it.

its taking an age to boot like 5 mins, temps all seem fine at the moment.

all my overclocks are back to stock not sure whats the problem.

not tried any games yet tho

any idea why its so slow booting?

even before its in windows its slow, after the xp loading screen takes 3 mins to actually get the welcome screen or w/e

before i overclocked cpu was at 2.4ghz stock is 2.2ghz and ram was overclocked a bit, not gonna make that much difference tbh

What connection is your harddrive?

Regardless, make sure it's connected to the motherboard on Sata 0 connector, if more than 1 IDE connector make sure it's connected to the IDE 0 connector.

well i was just connecting front panel audio and the bit once windows loading bar has gone was a lot faster tho the windows loading screen too ages. just changed the sata data cable, seems to have helped a bit atleast
