Really small (not low profile) case, with a slim ODD bay & space for a 2 slot GPU?

I found this awesome one on a sff forum, but no ODD spot. Yes, they say software is ditching DVD (I still see lots on dvd), but to be able to watch a movie on your SFF beast would be nice, without needing to get a USB ODD. A 2 slot Element q would be nice.

The first rvz01 (not the rvz01-e)
Or the ftz01 - same innards with a classier aluminium fascia
Or the rvz02 as mentioned above

Why not just extract the movie and store it digitally? Optical drives are largely dead as a medium in everything but cars and thankfully even that is changing.
