Really Strange Issue

I've been having an odd issue as of the last couple of days, I haven't changed any of my hardware, I don't recall any changes to my drivers or anything like that.

However, now, if I leave my computer unattended for a minute or so, upon returning and moving the mouse, clicking on things, or whatever, I'll get a black screen for a second, and then everything will return to normal.

No error messages, sound continues to play during it, Flash player crashes if I'm watching something. Never happens if I'm in a video game.

So, frankly, I have no idea what's causing this, any ideas?

Specs:
Intel 2600k I7 OC 4.7Ghz
Asus P6Z68-V
EVGA 560Ti DS
Asus Xonar ST
Jeantech "Storm" 700W
Corsair Vengeance 16GB
noctua NH-D14

some weird power state?

look in Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options

What GPU you have?

As far as I can tell, my power options are all normal, it's a desktop, everything is on "High performance".

GPU I'm using is EVGA 560TI DS.

I'll update the OP with specs, probably a good idea.

Seems to be reported at the time the black screen happened, so, likely relevant, no idea what any of it means though.
