Really struggling to choose a case for my HTPC build

Currently looking at the following build for a htpc which I'll use for 1080p media streaming (perhaps 3D), and some light emulator based gaming in my front room.

I've spent the best part of 2 weeks searching for the ideal case. It needs a minimum of a 3.5" and a 2.5" drive bay, room for the stock cpu cooler, and i'd like the case fans to be as close to silent as possible. The case will preferably include a PSU aswell. What's everybody's best recommendation? My budget is about £70.

Take a look at the Silverstone cases.

Fairly small but can take a 3.5" drive. There are smaller but they finding one that takes 3.5" drives is a bit more difficult.
