Now my PC is crashing/restarting loads and i'm really frustrated now.
Ive tried everything i can think off
But i will have to explain as im desperate for help so i know what to do.
1: Bought a new 1gb ram stick and installed it correctly, The result was it made no difference to my PC.
2: I have taken my graphics card out and i'm currently using onboard graphics, This also has made no difference.
3: Changed over my PSU to a PSU i know is fine, No change.
4:Checked all cables fans etc. This had no effect either.
5: Performed an intensive drive cleaner then reinstalled, Still no change.
6: I checked my HDD for any errors and also checked S.M.A.R.T and that reports that my HDD is in a good working order.
7: Scaned for any Virus/Malware and it came up clean.
I scanned for errors using PC Doctor and my onboard graphics video memory test failed. I did a further scan using Windows memory diagnostics and that failed the test.
Is it possible that a broken ram slot or just a dying MOBO could report ram as bad even if its new? Or actually make it break? Basically it restarts almost constantly plus programs,Internet crashes loads.
What the hell is wrong with it? And does it look like i should purchase a new MOBO and a new CPU? I really am desperate for an answer.
