having waited 6 months for the release of the Neo 3 I can finally order it, but reviews are not quite as good as I expected and price is much higher.
My biggest requirements are long battery life, particular GPS navigation (ultra running) and fast recharging, along with build quality and longevity or at least a life that matches price point. Good cameras and plenty of storage are nice to have. I dont game and I am not a power user
The Realme Neo3 certainly has the fast charging and this will be really useful, but I was disappointed the battery life reduced a little from Neo 2. having just started shipping there isnt much price competition and the costs is 672CH2, I was expecting 500CHF.
I saw the 128GB/8GB Realme GT2 pro can be had for the same price(676CHF), which has a better screen, more performance, better camera but less storage. The Charging is 65W but charge times still fast (40mins) and perpahsps better battery life, but then it seems to depend which review you look at. The life-for-like spec with 256GB/12GB is 760CHF which is not massively more.
Realme's pricing here is strange. I also understand the Neo3 will only get 2 new Andorid updates but the GT2 PRo will get 3, and as I hope to keep the phone 3-4 years then it could be cheaper in the long haul?
At the other end the Neo3T and Oneplus Nord2T are a lot cheaper and come close to what I want. Reviews are a bit so so because they seem to be the same phones as last year's models last the same price point, but since last year's phones were so good value then they are still reasonable today.
Anyone else comparing these kinds of phones?
