Problem is with the microphone it works but on teamspeak and i'm very low i need to turn microphone boost on but in the audio options microphone is grayed out

also when i go into sound control then options advanced controls are grayed out also

motherboard ds4
 
mmic is a labtec i have a ds4 gigabyte board

mic is about 2 years old been working fine in other pc works fine here just need mic boost on
