Realtek Onboard - Very Quiet Sound

My SB65G2 Shuttle with realtek onboard sound card only plays sound incredibly quietly out of the left speaker since I re-freshed it.

I've never had this issue before. Any ideas? I've tried three different driver versions so far, to no avail .

Can you plug in some headphones into it to see if it's the speakers?
