Rear Disc Brakes Cracked

Hi everyone,

The drivers side rear disc has cracked for the second time in 1 month. I had them replaced and now its gone again. Any ideas what could be causing this?

sticking caliper?
over-torqued wheelnuts?

Saying that, it does sometimes feel as if the hand brake is on but goes away pretty quick. Better get it checked.

Would this mean the caliper just needs adjusting or new caliper?

Rear calipers are usualy the single piston, sliding type, and it's the pins on which the caliper slide that it gets stuck on. A strip down and thorough clean/lubrication usualy sorts them out.
