My rear is an intake, it has a h80i on it.

2 intake in front
1 in rear
2 exhaust in the top

trying to keep possitivie air pressure, also my cpu is cooler with having it as intake xd

I was gonna say no point having an exhaust with a dust filter if anything you are impeding airflow a fraction and stopping any dust exiting your case, but you say its intake so scrub that :D

I have my H100 with push exhaust in the top rear.. According to my thermal temp probes the coolest part of my computer is the CPU.

Is having positive air pressure (more intakes than exhaust?) good for preventing dust coming in? i have more exhausts than intakes does that mean i have negative air pressure?

Yeh.
Negative pressure means that your fans are sucking in air from all the cracks in your case to make up the pressure difference, bringing dust with it.
Positive means that little dust can get in if you have fan filters on all your intakes.

So yeh you have neg pressure.
