Rear NF-A12X25 VS top NF-A14 for exaust?

i have lancool 2 mesh with 2 NF-A14's for intake. would it better to have a rear 120 exhaust, or top 140 exhaust. i would have normally put a 140 exhaust on the rear but it can only fit 120.

I'd personally always go for the larger fan where possible as you can generally run them at lower rpm for smilar performance to smaller fans.

There's the debate about whether using a top or rear exhaust but I don't think it matters as much in a pc case as the fans will direct the airflow.
