Rear Window Heater Elements - some not worky

Hi,

A few of the elements are not working and was wondering if there are any products (conductive pens) that actually work, or should I just get it repaired? If so, how much will it be?

Chuck a brick through the window and claim on your insurance for £50 (won't affect your NCB if fully comp).
