The Blue Yeti is very popular. It's a condenser mic meaning it's good at picking up your voice from different distances, but the trade-off is that it picks up background noise easily. A dynamic microphone would get less background noise but you need to be very close to the microphone to get good signal levels.
Most webcams come with inbuilt condenser mics, so you could get a camera first and upgrade to a better mic later. Unfortunately webcam prices are currently beyond bonkers so might need to either catch a used bargain, or improvise.
I've attached USB cables to webcam boards taken from laptops, it works pretty well but the quality is middling. For £0 though I was happy!
