Rebel Galaxy console release dates

Hi folks,

I have not seen a thread for this so apologies if I have missed it.

This game has been on my radar for a while now and I have constantly been keeping tabs with the developers Double Damage to find out when this is happening and they finally announced a release date for the console versions on Twitter:

"Rebel Galaxy ?@RebelGalaxy Dec 28
Console Launch Dates! PS4 USA: Jan 5th. XBox One: Jan 13th. PS4 Europe: TENTATIVE Jan 12th (possibly 19th)"

Personally I cant wait for this game and it will only be around 15 bucks to boot so it will be well worth it.

Anyone else eagerly awaiting this game for their respective consoles??

I was actually looking at this game today, saw that it was due soon for consoles but didn't realise it was this soon. I'll grab it for the PS4 once it's out.

Yea I really cant wait, I have been getting more and more intrigued with space sims this past few months and I think 2016 will be the year of space sims lol.

I'm already waiting for the Xbox one exclusivity to end for 'Elite Dangerous' to end so I can finally get that for the PS4 (Frontier have confirmed it will come to PS4) and I have already pre ordered 'No Mans Sky'.................I think I have a problem

Playing this on the pc atm.

Certainly not AA material, so id watch the price you pay. That said it's so enjoyable and appealing, shallow world but feels alive, very much like freelancer.

How long it all lasts though is questionable, (massive room for expansion) but a great blast for hours non the less.
