I left my PC for 10 minutes (Win7 Enterprise x64) and when I came back it had frozen, I turned it off at the button and left it for a bit. I turned it back on without paying much attention and it sort of started up, fans spinning, lights on etc etc then just stopped. And done it again. And again. The Motherboard screen doesnt even show up, (just says "No Signal" I put a Ubuntu live CD in to see if it'd boot off that but it didnt :( Any ideas?

Cheers mate, just tried the RAM first since I've never cleared a CMOS before and it worked. Do I put the RAM back in next time the computers off or what?

no you dont, chances are that the RAM stick you took out will be dodgy so if you put it
back in the computer will start to lock up again and then mess up on a booting of the computer
as well m8, i would suggest replacing the RAM chip or if you can go without that chip do that.

i had this problem, a new psu sorted it out, had a dodgy one before then got a corsair, never had trouble since.
