Hi,
In a dumb decision, and frankly quite a rash one too because I was desperate to get this darwin bootloader CD to work, I flashed my BIOS to the latest one on the gigabyte website.

My mobo is the GA-EP43-DS3L, and I updated to the bios v9. The utility said the update was successful, however the mobo just reboots again and again.

Is there any way to reset? This is such a disaster. :(

Thanks for the link, yes that method look like it has been a lot of success. However I am not too confident holding a wire between two pins, but il give it a shot soon, after I do some good reading on the subject. The thread seems to suggest different pins to short, for my board, is it 4 and 7 or 5 and 6?

Is there any other solutions, that may not shock me.

you wont get shocked, not enough current, but if you do the wrong ones then you could kill the board. but in the state its in that cant be worse.
i would have thought there would be a switch to swap/reflash the bios, but looking through the manual there is nothing.
