Rebuild in trouble. Please help.

I rebuilt my pc and it worked fine for a day. Psu blew which I tested by pinning 4 5 and no fan.
Installed new psu and now I get mbios bbios leds flashing when I pwr up with nothing but main and cpu cable attached.
Psu ticks as the 2 leds flash.
mobo is gigabyte auros master z390
I'm desperate.....please help me...

It could be that your BIOS is corrupted. Not the same MB but the troubleshooting advice is the same.
