Rebuild tomorrow - iPhone sync/iTunes data

I have a SSD arriving tomorrow so I will be rebuilding my PC.

What steps do I need to take to transfer everything smoothly? I don't want to app data or anything like that and I seem to remember the last time I rebuilt I lost game progress as I had to sync apps from my computer to the device.

make sure you copy your itunes library over and point itunes to that library rather than letting it create a new one

Okay, how do I point the new one at it? ANy de-authorise etc to do?
