Hi Everyone,

I am looking at possibly upgrading my system which I use for web/graphic design and gaming

I currently have

*OVERCLOCKED* Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 2.66Ghz @ 4.00GHz Max / Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Intel X58 Motherboard / Corsair XMS3 6GB PC3-12800C9 DDR3 / Corsair H50 Bundle

XFX ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Dell UltraSharp 2209WA 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor

Intel X25-M Mainstream 80GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive (SSDSA2MH080G2C1)

Corsair TX 650W ATX SLi Compliant Power Supply (CMPSU-650TXUK)

Coolermaster CM-690 Pure Black Dominator Case - Black (No PSU)

Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD103SJ)

Samsung SH-S223B/RSMN 22x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter

what could I change to make it better? I am running out of hd space so was thinking about purchasing a new samsung 256 ssd drive?

Thanks very much

for the good ones prolly not worth the cost
not an expert on that but the good ones look expensive, more expensive than a mobo anyway

sata3 is a little overrated anyway bcos ssds real speed is when handling tiny little files, and lots them at the same time, when doing that it doesnt hit the 300mb limit often i should think

thanks, very much does everything else look okay

Ive had to remove the overclock as it suddenly became unstable for some reason with no changes to the hardware
