Rebuilding PC, help needed

Hey,

I have a new PC build and looking to re-install windows
But can't find the install disk, I've got my key though.

Can I use a System repair disk to install windows on a new drive?

I was a bit iffy about downloading off another site.
I don't understand why MS don't have it on their site.

digitalriver hosts stuff for the microsoft store so it's definitely legit.
