Rebuilt computer doing prime 95

As said I have rebuilt the computer took off the heatsink and renewed artic silver 5 and rebuilt tidying all the cables a lot, now I am doing prime 95 and my cpu temp is going from 59 to 65 is that ok, I have it set to warn me at 75 and shut down at 85, any advice appreciated, thanks.

Surely that's not 59 degree's idle? If so that is really bad.
