Reccomend me a cockpit for flight and Race?

I am looking at getting a cockpit to use for flight and car racing, but everything I seem to look at seems geared towards racing sims.

My problem is limited space. I did look at the Obutto, but I need to be able to move the chair completely out of the way so that I can use what little space I have for games like Arizona Sunshine on the rift (I have 4 Oculus rift sensors).

What cockpit would you recommend, that can easily be moved if necessary?
